We had a wonderful week! We wish that we could have stayed longer. Waking up each morning to the view of mountains and the basin was wonderful. With a view and ambiance like this who needs to go out for a picnic?...The wildlife on the property was great. In addition to the other animals people have seen, we saw raccoons and quail.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable. The property is very quiet and private. We had plenty to do in and around the area…. Hiking, swimming, fishing, and kayaking. After our busy days of activity we especially enjoyed the view of the basin.

This has been one of the most memorable times in our lives. The estate is beautiful (especially the view). I could not think of a more romantic place to have spent our honeymoon. I would definitely suggest the drive into Victoria to check out the tourist shops. Butchart Gardens is more than worth the drive.

Everything is so friendly! The deer which visit the garden, the sea otter which frolic around the landing -- even the sea eagle which perched on one of trees seemed to bid us welcome. Had a grand time. Great views and a lovely experience.

Fantastic!! Our son's wedding at Olympic View was beautiful and having this home for our family to enjoy and relax in was a huge bonus. We had guests from England, Virginia, West Virginia, and us from High River, Alberta. We'd love to return.

Our entire family enjoyed the house, the location, the scenery. Adults and children explored small islands near the house and caught an 18 pound chinook salmon.

Very nice home to live in while working out of town. Came here ready to work long hours but all we wanted to do was come back to this house! Lovely home, would recommend to anyone staying in the area, especially larger groups as there is plenty of room.
