The house is a short 5 minutes drive from the famous East Sooke Provincial Marine Park, 15 minutes to downtown Sooke, and 30 to 40 minutes to Victoria and major attractions.
Anderson Cove House features panoramic views of the waters of the Sooke Basin from wrap-around view decks, and a deluxe 8 person hot tub. The expansive lawns are perfect for family games, or just lying around and watching the deer, eagles, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Sooke Basin provides an ideal water playground at your doorstep, for popular activities such as canoeing, kayaking, and crabbing, and the private dock makes water access especially convenient for the guests.

The 3600 sq. ft house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that include a spacious master suite. The interior comforts of the house include a living room and family room equipped with flat screen cable TV, DVD player, high-speed Internet and WiFi, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining room and separate breakfast area, each comfortably seating up to 10 people. Also laundry facilities, and a games room with foosball, and a selection of games, puzzles, movies and music CDs.
The main floor features an entry area with soaring ceilings.The living room, dining room, and kitchen have access to wrap-around decks with panoramic views of Sooke Basin. There is a bathroom on the main floor as well.
The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom and ensuite with a queen size bed, another with twin beds,and one with a queen size. There is a kingsize bed in the bedroom on the lower floor, and another bathroom. The main floor bedroom has a single bed, and is close the main bathroom.
The lower floor also has a laundry room, family room with cable TV and VCR and the games room with foosball. For cool evenings, the house features a wood burning stove with glass front in the family room.
Finally, you will enjoy full access to your own dock, expansive lawns and a large hot tub.

- Winter Season - February 1, 2016 to April 16, 2016; January 3, 2017 to April 16, 2017
- Spring Season - April 17, 2016 to May 31, 2016
- Summer Season - June 1, 2016 to September 15, 2016
- Fall Season - September 16, 2016 to December 22, 2016
- Holidays Season - December 23, 2016 to January 2, 2017
- 2 night minimum in Winter, Spring, and Fall seasons; 3 night minimum in Summer and Holiday seasons
- Rates are based on 10 guests, $20 USD. for each additional guest.
- No smoking
- No damaged deposit required. There is a property protection program fee.
- Cleaning fee of $250 USD, mid-stay cleaning available on request. Higher cleaning fees may be charged for larger parties or if excessive cleaning is required
- All prices are quoted in US dollars, and are subject to applicable taxes
- We welcome children at Anderson Cove House; as in all natural environments, children should be supervised.
- Small weddings are welcome, large groups, receptions etc. are welcome
